Sessions

Many people reach out wanting to feel better but aren’t sure where to start. For this reason, I offer time-based sessions rather than asking you to choose a specific modality upfront. If you know the approach you would like, please select it during booking. If you are unsure, we will discern the most supportive approach together based on what you want to explore or shift. Please note that Emotion Code® and PSYCH-K® are unique approaches that cannot be combined in the same session.

New to energy work? Complementary Q&A calls are encouraged. This offers you a chance to ask questions and explore which approach will best support your goals and intentions.

All sessions are held virtually. You may select your preference for video or phone at the time of booking. If you choose a video session, simply use the Google Meet link from your confirmation email to join at the scheduled time. If you choose a phone session, you’ll receive a call at the number provided during booking.

Emotion Code®

Emotion Code® is a focused modality that identifies and releases trapped emotions connected to specific imbalances or patterns you want to shift. We typically release between five and ten trapped emotions per session. This option is ideal if you are working with recurring emotional triggers, creative blocks, self-sabotaging habits, or physical challenges. Each release supports greater vitality and well-being by helping your body return to its natural state of balance.

Recommended session length: 30 minutes

PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® sessions help create alignment between the conscious and subconscious minds to support your goals in any area of life. Each session engages a whole-brain state, integrating both hemispheres of the brain to enhance neuroplasticity and create the optimal conditions for change. The process can also be used to transform the perception of stress into a state of inner peace, no matter the topic. These sessions are ideal for those who are ready to take aligned action toward their goals.
